惠譽確認濱海投資 “BB+” 評級 展望穩定

評級機構惠譽確認濱海投資外幣和本幣長期發行人違約評級為“BB+”，展望穩定。其主要評級驅動因素方面，惠譽認為公司將會受惠：1) 毛差修復，惠譽預期公司在2024年毛差將保持較高水準、2) 接駁業務下降，但更穩定的管銷氣和管輸氣占EBITDA份額將升至75%以上，將提高現金流穩定性、3) 銷氣增長強韌，惠譽預計公司2024年銷氣量增速將與2023年相近，受發電廠需求增加和新大型工業戶貢獻推動，銷氣量增速強於同業、4) 杠杆率適中，公司與“bb” 級別公用事業同行相比，杠杆率仍適中、5) 支持責任及維持政府政策職能強，天津市政府通過泰達或直接批准濱海投資的重大投融資決策，同時濱海投資是天津市重要天然氣供應商，在天然氣供應方面擁有自然壟斷地位。基於以上關鍵評級驅動因素，因此給出“BB+”評級。
